The house we were supposed to be moving into was still under construction at that time, there were changes Warren made to the original interior and it took longer than expected for the finishing touches to be applied. While waiting, we had to stay with my parents for a week so we sort of had to adjust to the new setting. We were so used to being just the two of us that having nieces and a nephew, parents and other people coming and going inside the house is a bit “unsettling”, but it also felt good to be home.
