Thank You All and Happy New Year!

Oh boy, I feel so alien about blogging tonight. My last post was exactly 12 days ago. So that’s almost 2 weeks. In fact, in those 2 weeks, I never even visited this site. So where was I this whole time? Well I concentrated on studying and praying. And for these past days I’ve been getting close to stepping into the war zone of being a pastor. Doors are being opened by the time I stepped in to our new church here in the province. I just can’t help being at awe at how God works in our lives. You just can’t say it was all a coincidence. The facts are so obvious that you can even read it through our blog posts. Truly God is working at something big here.
In my last post it may appear that we have become hopeless. But after a few days from that post we received gifts and money from church members. Doc has also taken care of our needs and has been discipling me since. We also visited several folks from the prison last Christmas because they did mention before that they rarely get visits from their loved ones. Later we also got the chance to use our Holiday Inn gift cheque for an overnight stay and it was a blast! There were so many events to mention this Christmas that we barely had dinner at home. I’m also gaining a lot of weight because of the myriads of food offers. And even as I blog there are still more to come our way. Truly God has never left us. He has been so good to Hazel and I! I expressed to Hazel that this Christmas is the best Christmas I’ve had in my life. The celebration just keep going.
Tonight I’m getting sleepy as I blog. But I need to blog anyway at least for the last time before the year ends. I would have to say that year 2008 was filled with roller-coaster rides and I am so blessed that Hazel and I got to blog about them here.
Thank you everyone for reading our blogs. We never were bothered if you just read our blogs and not bother to comment on them. It is our hope that you find our testimonies encouraging in your Christian walk. We hope that you continue on reading our blogs and watch how God works in our lives.
